A few people have been asking how Medellin made it to the Cannes Film Festival. I would just like to mention that Richard Kelly’s follow-up to Donnie Darko title “Southland Tales” was competing at Cannes and it received alot of negative reviews. It was called “about the biggest, ugliest mess I’ve ever seen.” by one critic.

Southland Tales is now being re-cut by Kelly.

The same thing happened to Vincent Gallo’s Brown Bunny, so its likely and it happens.

I think season four ended perfectly. |I personally have never ignored a movie because of what a film festival thought about it…nor have I ever checked to see what a film festival has ever thought. And I personally believe that Vince is going to make a ton of money in season 5 all due to the determination of E. You must remember that he set up a deal with Peter Jackson (that could lead to better things) and he was the most controversial character in season 4 so he is due some props. And do not forget about the M. Night Shyamalan script. there is much to see and I bet Vince is bombarded with work this season!

    Also where is Arnold, the lincoln they got for drama, Drama’s austin martin, and what happened to Barbara Miller you think she would have been in the Mary J B episode

  4. 1. arnold aint returning he costs $1000 a day as told on season 3 part 2 dvd commentary.
    2. the actress who does Barbara MIller does movies so DUH.
    3. They actually only own two austin martins third one was just a special paint on Eric’s car that changes from camera angles (CSI:MIAMI did an episode about it go check it out)
    4. The lincoln will be shown again when things get bad in Season 5.
